Q-Panel R-46
The Q-Lab R-46 coating test panel is made from standard low-carbon cold-rolled steel, complying with ASTM A1008/1010, A-109, and QQS-698. The R-type steel panel has an unfinished, non-smooth dull finish made from rough coil steel. This dull finish is characteristic of general-purpose sheet metal applications. Due to being thicker, R-type panels are more durable than QD-type panels.
The R-46 is a coating test steel panel. It is suitable for testing paints, metallic coatings, adhesives, sealants, and anti-corrosion materials.
It is widely used in quality control, corrosion testing, color development, appearance evaluation, aging tests, and other fields.
