The PS-Y human static discharge alarm is a specialized solution designed for petrochemical and hazardous industries to address operator safety in areas with explosion risks.

This device detects static voltage on the human body and provides audio-visual alarms if the voltage exceeds 150V. It features a touch ball made from semi-conductive static-dissipative material with a surface resistivity of 10⁷ to 10⁹ Ω, ensuring slow and spark-free discharge to eliminate the risk of static ignition.

Compared to models like PS-A2 and PS-A3, the PS-Y offers a more compact, economical, and practical design, while maintaining essential safety functionalities.
