SA-KF Portable Static Earth Fault Alarm (audible test)
The system detects whether the static grounding clamp is effectively connected to the tank truck body. If a faulty connection is detected, the device issues a voice alert saying: “Please reconnect to the vehicle body,” while the yellow indicator on the module flashes to remind personnel to adjust the clamp position—eliminating potential hazards and preventing static-related accidents.
The SA-KF model (fixed type) features a weatherproof enclosure suitable for permanent installation.
The SA-KP model (portable type) comes with a mobile enclosure, ideal for flexible use across various discharge locations or for transport via tank trucks.
In addition, the system ensures effective static discharge grounding and continuously monitors the ground resistance during operation. If the resistance exceeds 60Ω (indicating a disconnection or poor contact), the alarm is triggered to notify personnel for timely inspection and correction.
