Portable Static Ground Alarm SA-KF (sound check)

The system detects whether the grounding clamp is correctly connected to the tank truck body. If a faulty connection is detected, the device will issue a voice alert saying: “Please reconnect to the vehicle body,” and the yellow indicator light on the alarm module will flash to remind the operator to reposition the clamp—helping to eliminate static-related risks and prevent accidents.

• The SA-KF model is a fixed version with a weatherproof enclosure, suitable for permanent installation at fixed points like refueling stations.

• The SA-KP model is a portable version, designed for flexibility, allowing use at multiple discharge points or directly on mobile tank trucks.

In addition, the system continuously monitors the grounding resistance and ensures safe static discharge. If the resistance exceeds 60Ω (indicating disconnection or poor contact), an audible alarm will be triggered, prompting timely intervention to maintain grounding integrity and operational safety.
