This grounding alarm system not only discharges static electricity generated during liquid transfer but also continuously monitors the grounding status. If the grounding circuit becomes disconnected (resistance > 60Ω), the device triggers an audible alarm, prompting operators to immediately check the grounding connection, ensuring safe and uninterrupted static discharge between the oil tanker and the grounding terminal.
